1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

communication tools such as AI voice assistance or SMS text messaging.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the
Services, express interest in our products or Services, participate in activities on the Services,
communicate with us via phone, SMS, or AI voice systems, or otherwise contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You may include:
• Names
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Mailing addresses
• Job titles
• Contact preferences (including voice or text preferences)
• Billing addresses
• Debit/credit card numbers
• Contact or authentication data
• Voice recordings or transcriptions from interactions with our AI voice assistance systems
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. You must notify us
of any changes to such information.
Children’s Data: We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under theage of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will
delete it promptly in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Third-Party Processors: We may use trusted service providers and processors (for
example, SMS gateways, AI communication providers, or cloud hosts) to help us operate our
Services. These providers process your information only on our behalf and are bound by
confidentiality and data protection requirements.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services,
communicate with you (including through AI voice systems or SMS), for security and fraud
prevention, and to comply with the law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, including:

3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for legal or business purposes.
Tax-related records are retained for at least seven (7) years in accordance with IRS and state
requirements. Voice recordings, AI transcripts, and SMS communications are stored for up to
twelve (12) months for quality assurance and compliance, after which they are securely
deleted or anonymized.
4. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect
your personal information. These include encryption, secure cloud storage, limited employee
access, authentication controls, and regular audits. We comply with IRS Publication 4557 and
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) standards.
Although we do our best to safeguard your information, no system is completely secure.
Transmission of information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and we encourage
secure practices when communicating online.

You have the right to review, correct, or delete your information, and to opt out of marketing orAI-assisted communications at any time.

Opting Out:
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails, AI voice calls, or SMS messages at any time
by:
• Clicking “unsubscribe” in any email we send
• Replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS messages
• Requesting removal from automated outreach by contacting us directly
AI & Voice Transparency:
When engaging with our AI voice system, you will be informed that AI technology is being
used. You can request to speak with a live representative at any time.
6. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents and residents of other states with similar privacy laws (Colorado, Virginia,
and Texas) have specific rights, including:
• The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• The right to request access, correction, or deletion
• The right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data
We do not sell or use personal information or voice data for biometric identification purposes.
